As a result of the Francis Review, the role of Freedom to Speak Up Guardian was introduced across all NHS organisations in 2015. This was then extended to Primary Care in September 2017.
It is a requirement that the Freedom to Speak Up Guardian is independent of the line management, therefore we have a specialist team in place who offer an independent service to lead and manage this on your behalf.
Howbeck specialises in providing Freedom to Speak Up Guardians for Primary Care and other healthcare organisations and currently provide this service to over 125 GP Practices within North Staffordshire GP Federation, South Cheshire and Vale Royal GP Alliance, East Staffordshire Primary Care Partnership and the Mercian GP Network.
Our service is designed to be delivered remotely and flexibly, using email, phone and video conferencing.
