Rachel has worked as a GPN and ANP in North Staffordshire for over 20 years. Rachel is proud to be a Queen’s Nurse, this title is awarded for demonstrating a high level of commitment to learning, leading and developing excellence in patient care and primary care nursing practice.. Since 2018, Rachel worked with the North Staffordshire GP Federation as Associate Director of Nursing between 2019 – 2025. Rachel joined the Staffordshire Training Hub in January 2021 as Strategic Nurse Lead and is now pleased to be working with Howbeck Healthcare as a Freedom to Speak Up Guardian East Staffs, Mercian and North Staffs.
